Villa Highlights: Villa Le Marie

Located in a lively and picturesque part of eastern Tuscany, Villa Le Marie is, without doubt, one of the largest salt retention places of the Island. Its grand building can accommodate more than 2,000 people.

• A splendid 17th century villa, decorated like a castle. Some rooms are decorated with ancient frescoes, which are typical for the region around Siena. The villa is situated on the hills around San Gimignano and offers a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape. The romantic garden is decorated with fountains, ponds and narrow paths. There is also a nice pool. The villa can accommodate 14 people and has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

• In the beautiful romantic garden filled with ancient cypress trees, paths, ponds and fountains, is a barbecue and a small kitchen to enjoy meals outdoors. There are also toilet and shower outside. At about 50 meters from the house is all quiet, the beautiful private swimming pool.

• On the ground floor of the villa you will find the living room with murals. It has banks, a large fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, and a piano. Also found on the ground floor space (with frescoes) with fast internet connection.

• The kitchen is on the ground floor and has all modern conveniences, like an oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and toaster. In the kitchen is an area with dining table that provides access to a small village outside with barbecue and bread oven. Slightly higher level there is the pantry with microwave oven and freezer. From the kitchen you have access to laundry (external) with washing machine, dryer, iron, shower and toilet.

• The beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano, with its famous towers, is located just 10 km away and well worth a visit.

• First floor: one bedroom with 1-bed, a bedroom with two beds and an extra folding bed, a bedroom with 2-bed and a large marble bathroom with bathtub. Also found on the first floor half living with frescoes and a fireplace. Second floor: three bedrooms with 2-bed, one with fireplace, a bedroom with 2 beds, two large marble bathrooms with bath and one third living room. Each bedroom has a mosquito net and a fan on the ceiling.
